Kindly forward your most competitive offer through “e-tenderâ€� for the supply of  50 lbs Flexi pouches a per the following terms & conditions.

Terms and conditions

1. The bidders should have necessary portal enrolment ( with their own digital signature certificate)
2. Tender can be submitted online on “etenders.kerala.gov.in
3. The offers shall be submitted in two bid system ie Technical Bid and Price Bid separately
4. First cover is the Technical Bid and shall contain Technical details such as the guaranteed values and specification and demand draft for EMD worth Rs. 5000/-
5. The rates should remain firm for supplies for the financial year 2013-14 ie from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 .  Rate should be quoted as per the given format in       e-tender  portal (BOQ)
6. Taxes and duties applicable should be indicated separately.
7. In complete tenders are liable to be rejected, without assigning any reason thereof
8. Payment  terms: with 15 days after receipt of materials at our store
9. EMD will be forfeited, if the bidder withdraws the tender before the validity period
10. EMD should be taken in favor of MD. Kerala State Cashew Workers Apex Industrial Co- operative Society Ltd ( CAPEX)
11. Sample shall be got approved before bulk supply.
12. Managing Director reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof
13. Quantity indicated is approximate and which will be varied depends on our requirements
14. Successful bidder should execute an agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- Within 7 days on confirmation of the quotation.
