Sealed quotations are invited, for supply of multi terminal integrated Application Software with web interface with the following features to send all the information from factory to Head Office to generate different MIS reports for quick decision making.
- To computerize the entire activities of the office of the cashew factories such as registration, processing, weekly wages, stock, monthly salary and processing in filling centers.
- To computerize the personnel activities including preparation of ESI, EPF, Gratuity, Welfare Fund Statements.
- It should also be possible to interconnect the Head Office and cashew factories through Internet to establish two - way communication.
The facilities to be provided in the Application Software are available in this office for reference.
The Application Software is to be developed with MYSQL and WINDOWS 2000 platform. The quotation must be including of the development of application software, installation of the same in all the computers of the Head Office and 10 Cashew Factories at various places throughout the State, training of our personnel with the software and supply of sufficient copies of the operating manual of the Software.
You are requested to submit your rate in sealed covers with detailed software specification of application software on or before 12 pm 12-06- 2009, and will be opened on the same day 12.15 P.M in the presence of the tenderers.
EMD of Rs.25,000/- has to be deposited to participate in the tender, by cash/DD in favour of MD, CAPEX, Kollam (cheques will not be accepted).
The Managing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
